What is a site survey?
We take inventory of the computers you need regular servicing on. We will examine your server and determine if your business requirements are being met. Efficiency and cost effectiveness are our primary concerns. Many times we can replace your server with a more efficient, more serviceable “Edge Server” system.
In addition, we are seeing a lot of activity with viruses targeting small business owners. We have a system called the “Vault” that we can implement to provide secure access to the files you need to have protected. If you have been a victim of the “ransomware virus” you already know what I’m talking about. If you haven’t experienced this threat yet, you probably will if you haven’t implemented the proper safeguards.
Finally, we look at how well your data is being backed up. If you are a small business using QuickBooks, We make sure your accounting records are properly backed up.
